There is no other country where you can start your journey among cave structures that are billions of years old where the first hominids walked the earth, trail through ancient scenery among animals whose home it has always been, progress through the migration of people from Africa, Europe and Asia and visit modern cities, one of which is the financial and industrial heart of Africa south of the Equator,and the other recently named by Time Magazine as one of the major centres of modern creativity. This is precisely what we do on our Journeys, because in its unique way, South Africa mirrors the world that we all will be living in - a great diversity of connected human and other life sharing a single planet.
